Wellies

ohhh i finally found a pair of wellies! i've been on the hunt for a few weeks now because the backyard and common area keep getting muddy and walking the pup has been a pain! all the pairs i've found have cost more than i wanted to spend for just a pair of dog walking shoes, and when i would find an affordable pair, they never came in my size (size 5 shoes are a PAIN to search for! whenever i see ANY pair of shoes that come in a size five i try and snag them before its too late!) after the last two days when it's just been rainy and gloomy i got sick and tired of my jeans and sneakers being soaked every time i ran the dog out. so i went on a mission to the mall this morning to find a pair of wellies! of course when i'm looking for shoes, i can't find any! my goal was to spend no more than $50...Nordstroms had the CUTEST pair of Coach plaid wellies, but obviously way more than i wanted to spend! my pup is spoiled but not spoiled enough that i'd go and spend almost $200 for rainboots! and all the other shops i went into that had cute ones only came in size 6 or bigger! so it was off to the kids stores! Gap Kids always pulls through! i found a pair of fuschia polka dot wellies for $20! the only really good thing about having such small feet is that kids shoes are so much cheaper! the welllies are super-cute and comfy...i just wish they were a tiny bit higher- but they're kids shoes, so what more can you ask for! i got myself a huge bargain! makes my weekend!
