i made this first bag with the intention of selling it at my next purse party, but unfortunately it’s already been sold!! this is one of my favorite prints that is decorator weight that i picked up at the local Hancocks. i like the color combination because although it has blue and brown, it’s very unisex to me- which, if you can remember, i’m really trying to make more unisex kid’s items! i lined it with a sage and white polka dot print. this style is particularly roomy without being too bulky. there are multiple interior pockets to stash as many bottles, diapers, or toys as you may need!
this next diaper bag is also made with decorator weight fabric from Hancocks. i love the butterflies and the flower stems throughout the print! it’s fairly feminine but not overly pink, that is until you look inside! the interior is a pink and white polka dot print, and instead of a magnetic flap closure, this one has a zipper flap. (yup, still trying to perfect the zipper…)
both bags are lined with the usual fusible interfacing as well as fusible fleece- so they are fairly sturdy without being too stiff!
