Pleated Tote made with fabric from Ikea

so i finally figured out a bag for the fabrics that my friend got me from Ikea. since they are generally much larger prints than i typically purchase, trying to find a bag that would illustrate the prints was rather difficult! she loved the black print and got me so much of it!  the only bags that i've made that are large enough for such a print are diaper bags (which she doesn't need...yet) and the pleated tote bag pattern that i've gotten from Artsy Crafty Babe. so i decided to make her and her friend these totes! hope they like them!

the inside of the totes have a red and white print and i used buttons that i've covered in fabric instead of the toggle buttons that i typically use.
