along with the little girl’s handbag that i made, i also made a storage box that i painted that has wallies on it. i’ve never used wallies before but was inspired when i started checking out the painted furniture from jcaroline’s blog. (and i finally went and got a sander because we have some old end tables that i’d like to re-do). when i was at the craft store, they didn’t have any of the cool funky walllies, so i opted for the fairies because i have a handful of friends who have little girls that i knew i could use these for future projects. i haven’t had time to use the sander but ended up painting this storage bin first and added the wallies on it to go along with the little purse as a gift.
