No More Adorn Magazine!
well i'm bummed! when i just started sewing this past winter i had found a magazine that i thought would be great fun to get ideas from- has been canceled! i was anxiously anticipating the new spring issue since it only comes out a few times a year, but unfortunately it turns out that the Adorn Magazine will no longer be in print! what a bummer! i guess i'll have to order the old copies online! but if anyone knows of any other magazines as such that are worth investing in, please leave a comment!!! i've heard that Craft: Magazine isn't bad...but i haven't gotten myself a copy of this yet...

I loved the 1 copy of Adorn that i picked up. Im sad too that it no longer comes out, it was the best, I thought. Well Sewstylish and Threads imagazine s okay. i like the Do it yourself in Teen Vogue every month. Let my know how easy it is ordering the back up issues, Thanks.

I LOVED Adorn. In fact I found this post because I was googling Adorn to try and find similar magazines. I miss it so.

I loved that magazine! We had it, even here in Quebec!
The worst part in that, is that the patterns were only available online and the website no longer exists. In the Summer ’07 issue, there is a passport wallet that I love and that I never got the chance to sew… Unfortunatly, I can’t because there is no pattern. If you ever get the chance to have it, can you let me know?

I’m in the same boat as you…I got the Adorn magazine after they shut down the website, so i have the directions, but no pattern pieces! You totally inspired me to make some passport wallets though, completely forgot about it!
